UST/AST Removal
Glacier Environmental opened its doors in 1990 to find opportunity related to regulation just imposed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, including a 10-year phase-in period that required all operators to upgrade or remove their UST’s. In the years that followed, Glacier permitted and decommissioned countless numbers of UST’s, ranging from small heating oil tanks to military tank farms with multiple 50,000 gallon tanks. While the number of UST decommissioning’s has dramatically declined since the 10-year deadline, Glacier continues to be a leading provider of these services in the Pacific Northwest and California.

UST/AST Installation and Retrofit
Glacier also has extensive knowledge and experience in installation and upgrade of underground and aboveground storage systems. Our knowledge comes from over 25 years’ experience in turnkey construction or upgrades at commercial service stations, corporate maintenance yards and municipal and government fleet service facilities.
